If only more women would let the entire process play-out, rather than immediately seeking to return to work, thereby denying their children their complete attention, we’d all be better off.

Absolutely. While feminists will holler injustice in “righteous” outrage, it actually speaks to the incredible importance of the primary role of women in society, which is every bit as important as the traditional male role.
It’s a shame that more young women can’t see the inherent beauty of what it means to be a woman.
