Easter Dinner Prayer
Lord, the resurrection of your Son
has given us new life and renewed hope.
Help us to live as new people
in pursuit of the Christian ideal.
Grant us wisdom to know what we must do,
the will to want to do it,
the courage to undertake it,
the perseverance to continue to do it,
and the strength to complete it.
It's the Women, Not the Men! 
Because of the resurrection and the Holy Spirit indwelling us we have that power. ‘Greater is He that is in you than he who is in the world”. Thanks

Thank you, this is a beautiful prayer and I will share it with as many people as I can. For me this is true prayer, I don’t ask God to do things for me, He gave me the ability to do for myself and for this I am truly grateful. I pray for his guidance etc., precisely what this prayer states, for only God can provide the courage to try, fall down and not be ashamed by failure, but guided to learn from mistakes, and make them right by admitting and apologizing, if needed. He only can help me grow and love fully, myself, those who love me and even those who would hurt and hate, as they too deserve my attempts to understand their struggles and to pray for them that I may have God’s grace and the peace acceptance brings. I must not only pray for guidance, but listen and have faith that gods grace and my willingness to believe is all powerful and I shall never be alone or fearful when my soul listens and I courageously exersize blind faith in action. Thank you My loving Lord, may I live as you would have me, loving all.
