Michelle Duggar is first and foremost a wife and mother. She and her husband Bob have 19 children and

are the stars of the TV show 19 Kids and Counting, which is now in its seventh season.

The Duggars are devout fundamental Christians. After using contraceptives when they were first married, Michelle miscarried and they felt the contraceptives may have caused the loss of their baby. So, in 1988, after four years of marriage and the birth of their oldest son Josh, they stopped using contraceptives and “decided to allow God to determine the number of children” they would have. And so, this loving couple has been blessed with 18 more children.

Michelle has been a full-time mom while Bob has been an elected member of Arkansas House of Representative, real estate agent and investor. They live debt-free in Tontitown, Arkansas, due primarily to Bob’s real estate investments.

Michelle is currently on the warpath, in the state of Tennessee, because in 2000 the Tennessee Supreme Court gave abortion greater protection than the U. S. Supreme Court. This ruling has resulted in Tennessee becoming the abortion capital of the region. She is supporting the Tennessee Abortion Amendment, which is to be voted on in the November 2014 general election. The amendment would allow lawmakers to require a waiting period before the abortion is performed, place more restrictions on late-term abortions and create a list of items that doctors must discuss with the mother, prior to the abortion.

Both she and Bob plan to publicly campaign for approval of this Amendment until the election is held in 2014.

God bless Michelle for putting her fame and fortune towards the protection of humanities most vulnerable and innocent – our precious unborn children. She is definitely a woman to be revered and admired. We pray the electorate will hear Michelle’s voice of reason.
