I’ve often said that women were designed to believe that everybody is good. They rarely see evil, or for that matter, accept its existence. If this natural tendency in women, had stayed home with them, where it could be put to excellent use, our public lives would be much improved.
But unfortunately, as the result of radial, second-wave feminism, women are instead employed outside the home rather than inside the home and this tendency to “see no evil” has resulted in multiple, and ridiculous, public aberrations, routinely putting their foolish naiveté on public display.
There is a case in Dallas, Texas where a 16-year-old boy, named Ethan Couch, stole beer from a local store,
picked up seven friends, got drunk, drove 80 mph in a 40 mph zone and then smashed his truck into a roadside accident, not only killing the driver of the disabled car but three Good Samaritans who had come to help him. To make matters worse, two of his friends, who were riding with him in his father’s Ford F150, were seriously injured.
At the time of the accident, Couch had Valium in his bloodstream, his blood alcohol level was 0.24, which is three times the legal limit AND, he had just the month before, been arrested for underage drinking which involved beer and vodka.
Now, we all know the level of inventiveness, and in some cases outright deceitfulness some lawyers will resort to in order to “defend” their guilty clients. Well, Couch’s lawyers, Scott Brown and Reagan Wynn, should be given a place in the Lawyers Hall of Fame for creating The Most Fabulous Fish-Story.
These two men claimed that their client should be let go, not only because he was a juvenile but because he suffered from “affluenza.” Affluenza according to these two pikers is a disease of rich kids. They claim that Couch was the product of rich parents who just threw money at him, never taking the time to build his character or even teach him how to say he was sorry.
Now, their premise is based on the most ridiculous form of “victimization” that I’ve ever heard of and if the case were being heard by a man, I doubt this approach would have gotten out of the judges chambers. But, luckily for Couch, his case was being heard by female, radical, second-wave feminist, Judge Jean Boyd and, incredibly she bought this inane premise, hook-line-and-sinker.
So, rather than give the kid the 20 years in jail that the prosecutor had asked for, and possibly giving the three grieving
families of the innocent victims some form of closure, Judge Jean Boyd let Couch off with probation!
Punishing his rich parents seemed to be of more importance than salving the souls of the four victims (two of whom were mother and daughter) families.
To this end, Ms. Boyd remanded Couch’s parents pay $35,000 a month for one year so that their son could attend a posh rehab center.
Boyd is a classic radical, second-wave feminist who brings to the judicial system (among other feminist delusions) the twisted notion of “victimization” which was bred by feminism’s invention of political correctness, rather than her having to deal directly with the evil of this 16-year-old.
This is a direct result of her feminist training because according to lesbian-led, radical, second-wave feminism, the only people capable of evil are white, Christian men,who live according to the tenets of their faith. So, as a result of this feminist “knowing”, she is incapable of recognizing truly evil behavior.
This ridiculous woman is retiring in December of 2014, after being on the bench for nearly twenty years. As a result, she will not be running for re-election. Dallas should take solace in her departure, as their city will instantly become safer. But more importantly, the state will have one less female judge with which to cope. One less twisted, radical, second-wave feminist, obliviously setting preposterous judicial precedents, just because. .
Update – 1-1-16 – We now know the person responsible for Ethan Couch’s evil behavior. It is his radical, feminist mother, Tonya, who also fails to acknowledge evil, and in fact, generates evil herself.
Tonya recently took her 18-year-old son to Mexico, in direct violation of his probation. In this effort, she dyed both of their hair black, failed to register correctly at the hotel and paid cash for everything. While there, Ethan went to a strip club, ran up a bill he couldn’t pay. He was dragged back to his hotel, by club management, where they woke up his mother, who paid the bill.
After a man hunt by Texas officials, Tonya Couch has been extradited back to USA. Her derelict son remains in Mexico awaiting extradition. When he returns, Ethan Couch will face the consequences of both his, and his mother’s, evil behavior.
If Ethan’s case is finally transferred to adult probation court, he will face 40 years in jail if he violates his probation again. And the public is nearly guaranteed that this will happen as this creature of his mother’s design will remain under the evil influence of his mother.
