Current EVEntS – Former Nun, Georgia Walker, is Ordained a Roman Catholic Priest – NOT!

Womenpriests – It’s ALL about them!

Here we have another situation where a group of individuals, who are NOT recognized by the Roman Catholic Church as Catholics, proclaim themselves to be just that. This time it is another group of radical nuns who have run amok.

Since the news media deliberately fails to make this distinction, anyone reading this type of story may be led to believe that the Roman Catholic Church is actually changing its centuries old doctrine, to suit the squeakiest wheels. Let me assure you, it is NOT.

ARCWP logoThis delusional group of women is called, The Association of Roman Catholic Women Priests (ARCWP). And, I don’t understand how anyone could possibly trust this group of females, when they can’t even name their organization honestly.

As I mentioned, despite their delusional proclamations, these female “priests” are not recognised by the Roman Catholic Church and are therefore not Roman Catholic.

Georgia Walker and Bridget Meehan

Georgia Walker and Bridget Meehan

Georgia Walker, 67, who became a Roman Catholic in 1985, is the most recent example of this irrational phenomenon. She is a former Sister of St. Joseph and was “ordained” as the first female “priest”, in Kansas City, by another former Sister of Christian Charity, “Bishop” Bridget Mary Meehan, 66, who was born in Ireland. “Bishop” Meehan believes she is a “Bishop” in the Roman Catholic Church, just because she says so.

Bridget Mary Meehan

Bridget Mary Meehan

This fantasy continued when during the service for Walker, Meehan reenforced the total disconnect these women are experiencing, when she said, “In my view, our beloved pope needs some strong feminist friends to help him transform his chauvinistic view.” Our beloved pope? He is nothing of the sort or they would not be acting in direct opposition to the Roman Catholic Church’s Canon Law.

Vatican in Rome

Vatican in Rome

Whether these women want to accept the truth, or not, is irrelevant. Christ did not choose women to be His Apostles. And that is the undeniable legacy He left to His Church and it is the reason why all priests, within the Roman Catholic Church, remain men, to this very day.

In fact, the Vatican has, in recent years, been very clear on this point. In 2007, in response to the “ordinations” of women, the Vatican issued a decree stating that the attempted ordination of women would result in automatic excommunication for the women, and the bishops, ordaining them.

But despite this public rebuke of these women by the Vatican, they continue to pretend that they are members of the Roman Catholic Church and ordained priests!

So, upon what basis do all 124 womenpriests, and 10 female bishops, who are serving in six countries around the world, believe they are priests?

Rumolo Braschi

Romulo Antonio Braschi

Well, they claim to be heirs to the ordination of seven Roman Catholic women, (The Danube Seven), who were “ordained” priests in 2002 by “Bishop” Romulo Antonio Braschi, who was 61 at the time.

This heretical, and brazen event, took place on a cruise ship while the women were sailing on the Danube River near Passau, which is on the border between Germany and Austria.

Even more telling is the fact that these women persisted in this travesty despite the fact that Braschi himself was not a Roman Catholic and therefore does not represent the Church in any way!

Alicia Braschi

Alicia Braschi

He had already been excommunicated from the Roman Catholic Church, in 1999, when he “ordained” his wife Alicia as a “priest”!

Once again, the original Danube Seven, included radical, second-wave feminist, baby-boomers between the ages of 40-70. They are the continuing legacy of the societal chaos of the 1960s and 1970s where all Christian traditions came under attack. By their decisions to disregard the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church, these women are, and always have been, radical, second-wave feminists, first and foremost, and Christians, second.

Danube Seven

The “ordination” of the Danube Seven

The seven women, who took part in this floating farce, were from Germany, Austria and the United States. Their names are Christine Mayr-Lumetzberger (was married), Gisela Forster, Pia Brunner, Adelinde Theresia Roitinger, Iris Muller, Ida Raming and Angela White (who later proved to be Dagman Braun Celeste – the Austrian born, former first lady of Ohio).

They were all excommunicated by the Vatican in 2003. And most have spent their entire “careers” principally advocating for the ordination of female priests and nothing more.

At the time of this gathering on the cruise ship, the following news report, issued from Passau, stated the obvious. But these brainwashed women ignored this reality and continued to embrace their distorted version of the truth.

Passau, Germany — Seven Roman Catholic women, along with two bishops, not in communion with Rome, but claiming apostolic succession, attempted on June 29 to break through the debate in the Roman Catholic Church over women’s ordination, by presenting a fait accompli: women validly ordained according to the Roman rite, holding themselves out as priests.

But, none of their efforts were based on Roman Catholic Doctrine or Canon Law and, more telling was the fact that none of the “authorities”, including “Bishop” Braschi, had any standing with the Roman Catholic Church.

Vatican

Vatican

In fact, the Vatican took these types of heretical events to task once again, when in 2010, the Holy See increased its opposition to these activities, by stating that the ordination of women was a “grave delict” (legal offense).

So, just who is this Bishop Braschi to whom all these women attribute the validity of their “Roman Catholic” “ordinations” as priests?

Romulo Antonio Braschi was ordained a Roman Catholic priest in 1966 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He became a priest of the  Marian Catholic Religious Congregation, which is devoted to the Blessed Mother, and may be why Braschi thinks women should be priests.

But, Romulo Antonio Braschi’s disenchantment with the Church began during the societal chaos of the 1960s and 1970s. In 1975, he left the Catholic Church and set up an Independent Catholic Church in Buenos Aires. This was in reaction to the perceived lack of sympathy, for progressive “left-wing” religious movements, by the Church. In 1978, his church was renamed the Catholic Apostolic Charismatic Church of “Jesus the King.”

Braschi established a mission in Salvador, Brazil, where he became friendly with a priest named Roberto Garrido Padin, who ran his Independent Catholic Church there. The church’s mission spread to Zurich, Switzerland and to Munich, Germany. Braschi finally settled in Munich the 1990s, which is why so many of the Danube Seven were German.

Hilarios Ungerer

Hilarios Ungerer

In 1998, at the Orthodox Basilica in Munich, the same Bishop Roberto Padin of Brazil, along with Bishop Hilarios Ungerer of the Free Catholic Church of Germany, conferred Romulo Braschi as Bishop. Ungerer was not associated with the Roman Catholic Church either.

Jeronimo Podesta

Jeronimo Podesta

For some unexplained reason, Braschi’s “ordination” ceremony was repeated in 1999 by former Argentine Roman Catholic Bishop Jeromino Podesta.

Podesta’s notorious reputation as a former Roman Catholic priest is even more well-known than the men already mentioned.

Podesta received his episcopal consecration as a Bishop in 1962. He attended three of the four sessions of Vatican II. He was the President of the Bishop’s Council and Cardinal elect, when in 1966, he began an illicit love affair with a married woman who was separated from her husband and had six children.

Clelia Luro and Posesta

Clelia Luro and Podesta

He resigned as Bishop of Buenos Aries under political pressure in 1967 and married Clelia Luro in 1972. He spent the remainder of his life bucking the doctrine of the Roman Catholic Church, on contraception, pedophilia and celibacy. His principle agenda was promoting the ordination of women as priests.

Interestingly, (considering all of the current controversy surrounding Pope Francis) the then Archbishop of Buenos Aires, and future Pope, Jorge Mario Bergoglio, visited the ailing Braschi.

Bergoglio was to be the only Church official to visit this ideologically radical, morally compromised and disgraced former priest in the hospital before he died in 2002.

Women priests

Georgia Walker, Bridget Mary Meehan and womenpriests

So, these compromised men are the “authority” behind these womanpriests “ordinations.”

But, despite all of the evidence which decisively negates their claims as ordained priests of the Roman Catholic Church, these womenpriests insist on continuing to lie to themselves, and to their congregants, as can be seen from the following statement taken from their official Association of Roman Catholic Women Priests (ARCWP) website.

“The first women bishops were ordained by a male Roman Catholic bishop in apostolic succession and in communion with the pope.”

These are flat-out lies!

Even “Bishop” Bridget Mary Meehan admits to their distorted view of themselves as priests and bishops when, soon after the “orientation” of the Danube Seven, she said, “a male Roman Catholic bishop, in apostolic succession, agreed to ordain two of the women priests, Christine Mayr-Lumetzberger and Gisela Forster, as Roman Catholic Bishops. The male bishops granted this ordination in the presence of witnesses, but otherwise in secrecy to avoid reprisal from the Vatican. Patricia Fresen was ordained by this same male bishop and Christine Mayr-Lumetzberger and Gisela Forster in 2005. So our orders are valid, but violate church law.”

Only a conflicted nut could make that last statement with a straight face! Her comment, rather than validating their claims to the priesthood, instead invalidate them. I pray for the foolish women who are their followers because they will be judged, right along side these heretical and phony “priests”, when their time is finished on earth.

So, what are these women really doing? Playing priests? The answer is a resounding, yes!

Georgia Walker 7

In fact, even Georgia Walker’s choice of words, after her “ordination”, confirms this when she said, “I’m sort of humbled by the role that I’m playing.”

These “religious” women are living deceptive lives defined by blatant lies!

How they can look themselves in the face each morning, and pretend otherwise, is a case for the psychiatric community.

Roman Catholic Bishop Robert Finn

Roman Catholic Bishop Robert Finn

P. S. On Jan. 7, 2015, Bishop Robert W. Finn of the Catholic Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph sent Walker a letter informing her that she was automatically excommunicated for participating in an ordination ceremony not recognized by the Vatican.

  1. PORQUÈ TANTO LÌO? SI HAY SUCEC APOSTOL COMPROBABLE, Y RECTA INTENCION DE ORDENAR EN EL OBISPO, Y RITO CORRECT0; SON VALIDAS LAS ORDENACIONES. LA BASE DEL SACRAMENTO ES EL BAUTISMO, Y ES EL MISMO BAUTISMO QUE RECIBE EL VARÒN Y LA MUJER. UN HOMBRE NO BAUTIZADO NO PUEDE RECIBIR NINGÙN OTRO SACRAMENTO. LA BASE ES EL BAUTISMO, Y ES EL MISMO, NO IMPORT SI SI TENES TESTICULO O SI TENES OVARIO.

  3. I am so sorry that you are so sadly misinformed. There were women deacons, priests and bishops in the early church and into the 800’s. Roman Catholic women who are choosing to be ordained now are following in that tradition. In honor of Giulia Runa, Presbyterissa, buried in the floor of St. Augustine’s church in Hippo (now Annaba, Algeria).

    • They are acting totally without authority from the Roman Catholic Church and none of those women you reference are ordained priests within the Roman Catholic Church. You and the other women cannot simply WISH women to be priests. It doesn’t, nor has it ever, worked that way. You act as though you were gods yourselves.

      • Revisionist history at its best. These people are in love with themselves. None of this is new, however. A male theology professor acquaintance who was also a “practising Catholic” (former altar boy and Latin-speaker, with a very devout and orthodox mother) was pushing Ute Renke Heinemann’s work on me 25+ years ago. He used to ridicule the Church’s moral teachings on a regular basis (particular around sex) but still went to mass every week. The cognitive dissonance required to sustain this kind of behaviour boggles the mind, but there is a large contingent that seems to manage it.

      • So much of this started with the anti-Christian, pot-smoking, sexual revolution during the late 1960s and early 1970s. The non-Christian radicals on the campus’ of our most prestigious universities were hell-bent on denigrating, and knocking down, every Christian tradition we had in America. Their efforts resulted in the corrupting of young men like your friend, who lost most of his Christian faith. Luckily, many fewer male Christian baby-boomers succumb to the non-Christian behavioralists. I wish I could say the same for the female, Christian baby-boomers. Unfortunately, radical, second-wave feminism was the most insidious of these anti-Christian efforts and they successfully used millions of ignorant, and unsophisticated, Christian female collegiates (who were desperately trying to reinvent themselves, for the first time in history, as secular “career” women, rather than Christian wives and mothers) to do their bidding. Amazingly, it’s continued to work for almost 50 years, as influential radical formerly Christian feminists continue to replace their Christian faith with the ideology of anti-Christian feminism.

  4. It sure seems more & more everyday that the Catholic church is well on the way to being the “Woman that Rides the Beast” in Revelation 17! We don’t know for sure, but they are getting in to some VERY anti- Biblical stuff!

Please read Revelation 17 and see what you think…..

    • Dale, I just spent the last hour reading Revelations 17 again and then reading reputable individuals interpretations of that part of the Bible. I agree, these women are destructive individuals but not sure how their behavior relates to Revelations 17. What is your interpretation of Revelations 17 in connection to these women?

This is why I never take anything reported about the Catholic Church by the mainstream media at face value without first verifying with Vatican sources and/or Catholic bloggers who do the same.

Great write up, by the way. Do you read Ann Barnhardt’s blog? You and she are kindred spirits I think.

The suggestion of the maritime law sent me on a search… As far as I can tell, what they did (even though it seems to them it did) does not even count! http://maritime.laws.com/maritime-law/maritime-laws (I know this only deals with commerce but the search was fun anyway. 🙂 )

Wow, great article… I felt like I was going further down the rabbit hole…it felt like I was reading something from Vigilant Citizen that sounds about as crazy!
