As one of the oldest female baby boomers, my life has been unalterably intertwined with “second-wave” feminist theory.  Fortunately, I am one of the lucky women of my generation. I have managed to survive feminism’s tenacious grip with my rational mind still intact. Unfortunately, for many of my female contemporaries, this is not the case.

I am writing this blog titled,  It’s the Women, Not the Men! – Surviving Feminism, as a warning to the young women who are following in our footsteps. Beware! Feminists, and the proverbial “snake oil salesmen”, are one in the same. They promise a cure but deliver a curse.

The feminists consider my twenty-five year career, as a residential and commercial builder, a raging success. On the surface, the results appear commendable. I conquered the male-dominated field of construction.  I routinely managed one hundred men on my job sites and made good money. My career nearly qualifies me for feminist sainthood. But today, living with my personal regrets, all I can say about my “success” is, “So, what.” I paid too high a price.

Feminism painted a rosy picture for the young, college bound, women of the late 1960s. Regrettably, we were not told that the path upon which we were placed was fraught with unfortunate compromises, debilitating stress and misguided priorities. Pathetically, lost relationships, emotional sacrifices, irreparable familial disruptions and irrational decision-making would become the mainstay of our lives. Those potential pitfalls were never discussed by the illustrious feminist academia. In retrospect, the leaders were only interested in impersonal and superficial results, not in the tragic loses their troops would suffer while trying to become “liberated” Superwomen.

I have lived through feminism’s heyday and am now graced with 20/20 hindsight.  And, as my liberated friend Geraldine once said, “If you can’t be a good example, at least be a terrible warning!” To this end, my blog attempts to translate my life’s experience, and that of my contemporaries, into a straightforward dialog about the unintended consequences of adopting a “feminist lifestyle.”  The blog investigates the origins of the women’s movement, relates it to today’s social issues and warns about the personal and societal risks of becoming a “liberated” woman.

Time is growing short and our country can no longer sit back and ignore the crisis created by its wholesale adoption of feminism’s “knowing.” As my blog will show, the dramatic rise in bad behavior among our women can repeatedly, be traced back to a radical, second-wave feminist or to a feminist theory. Through my research, my personal experiences and that of my fifteen, formally fabulous, friends, I will illustrate the damage unleashed on our society by women wallowing in the irrational theories of “independence” and “liberation.”

Most of today’s men are too young to remember what life in America was like before the advent of radical feminism. They don’t remember when good Christian men ran the country. Their education is the primary purpose of my blog. My intent is to expose our young men to the harsh realities of feminism’s invisible influence on their lives.

Through my insight, these young men will learn what academia has failed to teach them. That they are, indeed, of incalculable value to the perpetuation of our Christian civilization and, if the truth be known, to the happiness of their women as well. I want to encourage them in this knowledge.

Our men can no longer continue to enable women’s irrational feminist behavior through polite deference. It has become painfully clear that we can no longer afford this luxury. Radical feminist theory has destroyed our traditional Christian family. In many ways, feminism has forced women to tragically disappoint their loved ones, time and time again, while in pursuit of pointless careers. Liberated career women not only neglect their families, they neglect their churches, neighborhoods, schools, homes and themselves. They are AWOL and our once illustrious culture is beginning to look the worse for wear.

The truth is, women cannot do everything alone. The concept of Superwoman is an unattainable delusion. Women need to let go of this ridiculous notion and allow their men to make serious commitments to their well-being. If loved, respected and trusted, they will not disappoint.

My hope is that women will relax and, once again, let the Christian men bring peace, sanity and happiness into their lives. They and their children deserve no less.

    • We can blame this mess on SCOTUS Justice Roberts, who is supposed to be a Catholic 🤨, when he was the deciding vote to approve gay marriage. He opened Pandora’s Box. Once marriage was no longer legally considered solely between a man and a woman, all bets were off and now anything goes! 🤮 Some nutty girl in England actually “married” a bridge!

The woman took the bait because she was the weaker vessel. All Adam had to do was tell Eve, “Don’t listen to this creature. This is NOT the voice of the Lord God. The Lord God absolutely told us NOT to eat of the fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.” And then all they had to do was flee the scene.

    Dedicated to Susanna Maria Feldman and all the other victims of immigrant violence

    Five years ago – on June 6, 2018 – the body of 14-year-old Susanna Maria Feldmann was found. However, the crime – her rape and strangulation – had already happened on May 22, 2018. Why did it take so long to find the girl, who had been carelessly thrown like an empty beer bottle on the Wiesbaden train tracks? The “Südwestdeutscher Rundfunk” later reported: “What only comes to light in the later trial: Many of the young people from Susanna and Ali Bashar’s environment know about the crime hours after the murder. Some girls even let them show them the crime scene. But they remain silent for almost two weeks – supposedly out of fear of Ali Bashar and the deportation of his family.”

    By keeping their knowledge of the murder to themselves, Susanna’s friends put the welfare of the “holy stranger” above the welfare of the German “Indians” and accepted that Susanna’s mother had to endure the uncertainty of her daughter’s fate for two weeks. Not only that, but they even went so far as to show Susanna’s sacrificial site to get a little scared. The well-behaved “German virgins” thus did exactly what is expected of them: they held tight for their new ruler Ali Bashar and his family so that they would not be deported. High priestesses of the degenerate “welcome culture” such as Katja Riemann, Nina Hoss, Claudia Roth – yes, in some cases even their own mothers – were certainly proud of them, as they had drummed into the Germans and German girls day and night that there was nothing more reprehensible than to expect “refugees” like Ali and his family in Afghanistan to live a worse life elsewhere than in Germany.

    Rotten fruits of Stockholm syndrome

    Incidental note: Ali and his family had left for Afghanistan unhindered immediately after the crime, although they were allegedly persecuted there. The subsequent repatriation of Ali from his “brutal” homeland by a commendable action of the GSG9 and the shameful reaction of German authorities, who once again put the murderer’s “human rights” above Susanna’s rights and punished the swift, courageous action of the police with a complaint, are a sad capital in themselves.

    Let’s take a clear look at the situation again: In order to spare strangers from a presumed, brutal reality in Afghanistan, the young women who remained silent about Susanna’s murder expected their mother to have a demonstrably brutal reality in Germany. Now we are reaping the rotten fruits of decades of continuous hypnosis, which has eradicated all sense of proportion and compassion in our children. Anyone who wants to be considered “good” in our society of gentle words must apparently be willing to accept a modern form of virgin sacrifice in the name of the common good, to cover up “traumatized” murderers and inflict mental anguish on mothers.

    Faeser, Merkel and Baerbock: Queens of cold hearts

    In response to my horror at all the murders of girls, my colleague – herself a mother of three sheltered daughters – showed a behavior that is representative of well-to-do ladies who have deeply internalized today’s maxim of adaptation: Without being in the least aware of the heartlessness of her remark, she said: “The murdered Germans are only a handful compared to all those, fleeing from great suffering and persecution.” Words that are easy to say from a clear height in a safe jeep while driving back to your expensive neighborhood, where the house prices alone guarantee security and isolation for the upper class (still) without a fence.

    Who protected Susanna, Mia Valentin from Kandel, the two slaughtered painters from Ludwigshafen, or the young footballer Paul? Who will give back their lives to the 677 women who were physically humiliated and mentally destroyed in gang rapes in 2021 alone? Almost half of these acts were committed by foreigners in 2021, the other half to a not inconsiderable extent by “naturalized” Germans. That Mrs. Faeser would close the borders because of such “trivial offenses” or even demand compliance with “human rights standards” for indigenous Germans is just as absurd as, conversely, the next expulsion of old Germans from their homes is certain. For the woman with the wolf smile, the rights of indigenous foreigners alone are worth a “tough fight” at the asylum reform summit, the “pleasing” result of which she announced on June 8, 2023 on the Second German Torture Television with flashing fangs. Germany’s borders remain an open wound – as do the hearts of orphaned mothers and fathers.

    Dead girls – nothing more than “shrinkage”?

    What would Susanna, what would this “handful” of the 677 mentally murdered women say to my colleague? That they, as “shrinkage”, are happy to help pave the way for a society based on solidarity in which lions will one day lie next to lambs? Would Diana Feldmann be happy to receive a medal as a reward for the fact that her daughter Susanna has helped to build the happy multicultural society? Who apologizes to Diana Feldmann and pays tribute to her loss?

    For example, Angela Merkel, who always hid her unmotherly breast under male Mao jackets as if behind armor? Renate Künast, perhaps, who was outraged on Twitter in 2016 about a final rescue shot after a “refugee” had struck down several passengers in an S-Bahn near Würzburg-Heidingsfeld with an axe? Or Claudia Roth, who abruptly interrupted the spontaneous minute of silence for Susanna Feldmann in the Bundestag because an AfD politician had called for it? How cold-hearted, how hard-boiled, how mentally and emotionally depraved does a woman have to be to put political ideology and petty power calculations above natural compassion? What society creates such women and friends who so besmirch a country that offers them more opportunities than any other in the world?

    Feminism – the scourge of women

    One of the causes of the loss of natural femininity, sensuality and motherhood is a feminism that has gotten completely out of hand. Originally, “emancipation” meant that the woman freed herself from the hand of the man and acted on her own responsibility. Thanks to this emancipation, women in Germany and Western countries are – ostensibly – stronger than ever before. She occupies leadership positions. She tells men where to go. Even an unqualified woman can be flushed to the tops of power thanks to a quota that is a slap in the face for qualified women. According to the legal and social definition, the woman as such has therefore long ceased to be a victim.

    Today, the German woman is as free as a bird. So free, in fact, that she can nonchalantly knock away the open and helping hand of a compassionate German man and grasp the beating hand of a muscleman in whose country of origin women are seen as a movable thing. So free, in fact, that she can sleep with any man without having to worry about pregnancy, as all men supposedly did in the past. So free, in fact, that even abortion is not a problem when the next career step is imminent.

    Heartless warriors everywhere you look

    For many young couples, the roles have even been reversed: bossy, young women command effeminate men around, quite a few of whom are equipped with plump hips, thin arms and a bun. Is this the much-vaunted emancipation? Did emancipation mean that the woman acts out her retribution for the alleged oppression of her grandmother by subjugating the man and robbing him of his dignity?

    But that’s not all. The “emancipated” woman happily sacrifices her desire to have children to the climate goddess. She makes a career in an open-plan office and gives the international company her love, her strength, her entire essence of life. She donates her taxes to the African woman as child benefit, who raises her children in social housing (which is also tax-financed) without regard to the climate. Like a compass needle, the feminist woman aligns herself with the guidelines of mammon, Corona’s witnesses and the green energy transition, so that men like Al Gore or Christopher Hohn can become even richer and force companies to invest in their “sustainable” funds.

    You don’t do it under saving the world

    She smells every racist 10 kilometers against the wind and mercilessly hunts him down. She fights for the “climate” and throws seniors for “refugees” out of old people’s homes where she had previously stored her “Nazi” parents or grandparents. Yes, the green feminist has no less a task than to save the entire world. How is she supposed to fit a man or even a climate-damaging child into her meaningful life? The campaign to create an ideal pancake world (and to satisfy its narcissistic craving for recognition) is so much more important!

    The responsible, modern woman glides through life in complete conformity. Cotton-soft, conflict-free conversations and lived positivism round off the carefully balanced life as a “good person”. And if, contrary to expectations, the pain and loneliness of the grieving soul get out of hand in the walking, female zombie, there is still the dog in love who fills the emptiness in the heart as a man’s sentence.

    Girl murders: bearable losses for a “solidary” world

    The Western woman thinks she is freed from constraints and has been “finally thinking of herself” for 50 years now. It has firmly resolved not to make sacrifices for anyone else – except, of course, international globalist corporations or the climate idol. In any case, it is more expedient to deliver the daughters and granddaughters of other women to the knife. If, exceptionally, the emancipated woman has a daughter, she could also be provided for a refugee to maintain the maternal comfort zone; Incest survivors have been intimately familiar with maternal betrayal of this kind for decades. Besides, what is a dead girl compared to rescuing climate refugees, heroically preventing inhumane deportations and border controls, and running the risk of denying one of the few real refugees access to Germany? The torments of hell await anyone who commits such a sin!

    Since the selfishness and vileness of countless “feminists” is just as boundless as Germany, it is also part of the truth that as a pleasant side effect of the many murders of girls, the earth is spared, Nazi guilt is paid off, and either more beautiful or intelligent women are eliminated as dangerous competitors. If that’s not a win-win-win situation for our justice warriors!

    “Girls for Migrants”

    It is not surprising that the Catholic Church, of all people, with its traditional misogyny as the “highest victim” authority, promotes actions such as “Girls for Migrants” and provides German virgins to oriental sons of the desert: “Great honor for the Archbishop’s St. Ursula Gymnasium Hohenburg: Once again, the ‘Girls for Migrants’ and their supervising teacher Christian Martino receive an award. … At the award ceremony of the ‘Catholic Prize against Xenophobia and Racism’ in Dresden, the third prize, endowed with 2,000 euros, goes to the students from Hohenburg.” This is reported by the “Merkur”.

    After all, fundamentalist Christianity, like Judaism and Islam, originated in the Orient, and all three religions have always had a propensity for human and animal offerings. One of the first victim girls, the aforementioned Mia Valentin, met her later murderer Abdul Mobin Dawodzai at the refugee center “Max & Moritz” in Kandel, where the Kandel girls met with young asylum seekers in need of protection and were supposed to teach them German with picture cards. In the end, Mia paid for her willingness to help with her life. But what the heck? After all, she was just a German girl, one of many collateral damages of the “welcome culture”.

    Who is responsible?

    Why did Susanna Maria Feldmann have to die? Who is responsible for her death? “I just killed one girl,” said Ali Bashar, murderer of Susanna Maria Feldmann – as if he couldn’t understand why he was being put on trial.

    Who were the accomplices in this act? The angel of death Angela Merkel, who in 2015 broke open our borders like an oyster and abandoned our defenseless guts and precious pearls to young men from patriarchal societies? The brave wart bearer Claudia Roth, who flaunts herself in strange hairstyles and clothing styles so that everyone can see how gaudy, spontaneous and creative she is even in old age? Or Agnes Strack-Zimmermann with a helmet hairstyle who seems to harbor passionate feelings of love for self-propelled howitzers devoid of any femininity? Although “Commander-in-Chief Panzerfaust” wants to save Ukrainian mothers and daughters with our weapons, to this day she has not let her tightly closed lips escape the hint of sympathy for raped, strangled and stabbed girls and boys in our country.

    Silent war with silent weapons

    A silent war is raging with silent weapons against the German people – and the most devious collaborators in this war are women with a corrupt character. They have fallen into the carefully set trap of powerful men and paid, feminist agents who have only the increase of their power and wealth in mind. For the sake of an illusion of freedom, our women sacrifice the essence of life, accuse German men of the most evil intentions and degrade motherhood as a disturbing interruption of self-realization.

    Today’s woman thinks she is at the zenith of power – and yet she is weaker than ever before. She believes that she has freed herself from being a victim – but she has made the greatest sacrifice of all: her motherhood. This is the only way to explain the abysmal contempt and coldness towards the local girls, women and boys who have been strangled, stabbed, raped and disposed of like garbage in rows since 2015. Women with hearts of stone have allowed Germany to turn into an open-air brothel where “outlawed” women and girls are allowed to hunt. This is the reality.

    Meanwhile, Katrin Göring-Eckardt saves butterflies

    And while the next girl is subjected to a gang rape by Arab “refugees”, while the next German couple has their throats cut on the train, while the next boy has to kneel in front of “rotational European” youth gangs and the next blonde girl’s hair is set on fire by a “southern” girl clique: Katrin Göring-Eckardt saves the next butterfly and Agnes Strack-Zimmermann negotiates the next delivery of weapons. Ms. Baerbock is promoting her feminist foreign policy in Afghanistan and is doing everything she can to settle the next batch of 14,000 Afghans, for whom an unveiled woman is worth less than dirt, in Germany. 113,000 of them were brought in within two years.

    Verily, whoever has such wives and mothers in the country no longer needs enemies. The German woman has fallen. I can only hope and pray that at some point, when the driving “power”, career, attitude and quota women sit alone and lonely without a husband and children with their dog in front of a closet full of designer shoes and bags, realize that money really cannot be eaten and that the only thing that matters in life is the family.

    And, yes, radical feminism, sometimes maen hating feminism, has had a wrong influence on young men. They tend to see prominent females (politicians, journalists, teachers) as bossing them around, and always remindng that they belong to the “nasty” side of mankind. So these more or less young men no longer see the point in being gentle and caring with… their bosses.

    Like all gentlemen, I have always had this habit of leaving my train seat to women who were looking for one. Last time I did it, I had a nice smile in return. But several times over the decades, I was told that this old style behaviour was just a way to put women down…

    • I don’t like them either! 👿 They are proving themselves to be the dumb, gullible, naive, lame-brained stereotypes the guys used to joke about 60 years ago and, that 50 years of feminism was supposed to have disproven! Worse yet, they also have proven themselves to be TOTALLY immoral creatures, which the guys from 60 years ago would NEVER have guessed! Once they substituted the sick ideology of radical feminism for the tenets of their former faith, women became really sick, misguided freaks, who don’t even know what’s good for themselves. Guess those who embraced Patriarchy for thousands of years knew best how to save women from themselves. It sure saved them from centuries of the self-inflicted grief, poverty, loneliness, disease and heartache that they are suffering now.

Are you seriously trying to use Rationalwiki’s (which shut down for lack of support) distasteful, distorted and disingenuous diatribe concerning Ranganathan as “evidence” to prove your point? The medical evidence (DNA) is overwhelmingly in favor of creation as there is NO indication that the species on earth overlap. They are distinctually unique and separate from one another. In addition, archeologically, there has never been any intermittent, or midway, specie fossils found to support the concept of one specie evolving into another specie. AND, scientifically speaking, the Big Bang Theory admits that our universe SUDDENLY appeared out of nowhere, just as it stated in Genesis in the Bible. YOU are the one living in denial.       • “Accepted as Catholic teaching?” Who told you that? Evolution has never been part of Catholic teaching and neither has the Big Bang Theory because the Bible teaches only Creation. Did I mention that the Pope is NOT a scientist, anthropologist, or biologist either. He is a RELIGIOUS leader. Some Popes have liked socialism, fornication, pacifism, and walking unguarded in crowds of people too. Men are fallible. But, that certainly doesn’t make them “Catholic teachings”!       • AGAIN! There is NO mention of either within the Magisterium therefore they are NOT accepted Church DOGMA! That is the ONLY criteria for official Church doctrine. PLUS, neither Evolution OR Big Bang are RELIGIOUS topics, and as a result, no matter WHAT the Pope says about them, his “comments” are NOT infallible in these matters because they are NOT within his purview as pontiff.

      • As the Vicar of Christ, what he has had to say has, in the past, generally be considered ”gospel” … please excuse the pun.
        One would hardly think that if the Pope was not serious about these matters, and thus we can expects the church to be also, he would have made a public statement with the intent it be received by a global audience – Catholic an non Catholic alike.
        To suggest that the Church does not accept evolution and the Big Bang Theory and to further suggest it does not find it compatible with the belief of your god’s creation not only flies in the face of what has been publicly stated it is also the height of naivety.
        Furthermore, to dig your heels in on this matter is ridiculous and also smacks somewhat of you being disingenuous.

        So, to be clear, the current view of the Catholic Church is that, it believes evolution and the Big Bang Theory to be real and perfectly compatible with the Church’s view of creation.

        Consider Young Earth Creationists who believe the earth is only 10,000 years old and dinosaurs and humans coexisted.
        We both realise this is sheer nonsense but how does one get these people to get over such a high degree of indoctrination?

  13. For those of you who have come here to argue with the author over her religion, keep in mind that she is entitled to her beliefs and no amount of facts that you present is going to change them. I am sure if she was part of another religion you wouldn’t bash it, since bashing Christianity is perfectly OK.

    With that being said, this blog is sorely needed. Feminism is one of the biggest threats to Western Civilization and it is literally exterminating us. At the current rate, the West will cease to exist – and when I say the West, I mean White/Europeans. Feminism has done extensive damage to our society and the family unit. People aren’t getting married and having kids, and more and more kids are being born out of wedlock. Women have been masculinized, while men have been feminized. This is a crisis that needs to be turned around, and fast.

    Though for me, being a male who has not lived in the States, it is like watching a tennis match ‘from the stands’. Clearly, Feminism Versions 1.0 and 2.0 were reactions to the way the society occurred to females. But what was this occurring based on? Was it based on something observed first hand or hearsay? Was it a function of perceptions, of prejudices learnt during one’s socialisation?

    I suppose it becomes important to get flat with the core underlying concerns, rather than manifestations of it, in case we need to transform the society as a whole (females and males included) into one which shows up with authenticity and fairness.

  21. I don’t identify as a christian woman but I do identify as a recovering feminist and I too blog about it. It’s first of all a form of therapy for me. Feminism nearly destroyed my marriage and family and I needed a way to put my transition into words and thoughts. Secondly it’s a way to be of support to other women like your blog. I’m so blessed to have found you and can’t wait to devour your knowledge on the subject.

    • Your story is nearly identical to mine. The only difference is that my third-wave feminist daughter-in-law virtually destroyed my family. I began blogging as a way to help me find answers to her irrational and malicious behavior. Third-wave feminist indoctrination proved to be the source of her insanity.
      The prevalence of women who had substituted radical second and third-wave feminist ideology for the tenets of the Christian faith shocked me but explained everything.

    A beautiful thing to behold is a strong, independent, intelligent woman who is proud to be a woman, and proud to be a wife and mother if that is what she is called to be.

    The radical feminist movement did in fact lie to us in so many ways.

    One of the lies is that birth control is good for women. Not only is it a known carcinogen, but so many of the problems in todays society come from removing sex from procreation.

    Women have been given a unique gift in that we can share with God in the bringing fourth new life. We have turned pregnancy into a disease, something to be avoided at all costs and we are paying the price. Society is paying the price.

    Birth control opened the door to abortion on demand and the objectifying of women in new and horrible ways. It opened the door to so-called gay marriage and high divorce rates, and too many children living in single parent homes.

    How in the world so-called intelligent women can glorify books like 50 Shades of Grey, where the main female character gives herself as a sex slave to a man, is a great mystery.

    I know I am all over the map here. Bottom line is that we are in a mess.

    We need God. We need Him badly.

    You do sound like quite an accomplished woman. I am sorry things didn’t turn out well for you. But it is wonderful you have seen the error in thinking you could have it all. All any of us have is today, and we get the chance to start anew every day.

    There aren’t too many people who get it completely right in the early part of their lives. We all have some regrets.

    Good thing we have a forgiving God, a God who loves us no matter what, a God who is patient with us, and One who picks us up over and over again.

Women by the millions have substituted the ideology of radical feminism for the tenets of their Christian faith with cataclysmic results, not only for them personally. but for our nation as well. This began the day the U.S. Supreme Court removed prayer from our public schools. It created a vacuum into which the non-Christian, radical feminists flooded, replacing all of the wonderful standards of behavior, associated with Christianity, with the secularized, and banal, behavior associated with humanism. It has been a loss from which America may never recover unless Christian women band together and begin to loudly oppose all aspects of radical feminism, and the twisted women in academia, who are stealing our daughters away from God.       • Public schools should not force religious belief (be it Christianity or another faith) on anyone, because religion is a personal choice. That isn’t to say that you couldn’t have a Christian group at lunchtime or after school, but it should be voluntary.

        Putting Christian standards of behaviour above those of non-Christians is a little insulting. Plenty of non-Christians are able to lead good and balanced lives, help others, raise families and participate in their communities and can quietly reflect and contemplate rather than pray. They do these things because these are the right things to do in a successful society and because they provide deep personal fulfillment, not because a divine voice told them to.

  28. Your comments on the Christa McClure embezzlement charges predictions came true–the 8 felonies were dropped and she was allowed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor. I feel this is very unfair for U. S. Attorney Carl Rostad to allow–she received monies and did so knowingly. Rostad is in charge of the Guardian Project–prosecuting corruption cases on Montana’s reservations. I asked during my sentencing on June 24th why he dropped the felony charges and allowed her to plead guilty to a misdeameanor. My attorney asked that charges against me be dropped because I had assisted them unknowingly–and then they used the info to prosecute me to the fullest. I did not knowingly conspire to defraud the government and I did not receive a penny or get anything out of it–yet he refused to give me the same option that he gave Christa McClure!!!   32. As a young woman, I guess the question I’m left with is whether or not you see there being a space in feminist theory and discourse for Christian women, and perhaps even a sect of feminism which is compatible with a Christian lifestyle and belief system.

    As someone who grew up in a Catholic household and a secular world, I have a really hard time reconciling what it often seems the church defines as my primary role and value – that of a mother and caregiver, with the things I want to do. I want to have a career working in the media, I want to be able to volunteer my time to causes I care about, and I want to continue to learn about theology and Christian living. I don’t think my opportunities for those things should be limited by my womanhood, but I also don’t think it makes sense for my only valued role to be that of a mother, especially since that’s something I’m choosing to wait on until I’m married and God only knows when I’ll meet the person that will happen with.

    • There is nothing wrong with pursuing your career goals as long as you don’t lose your soul along the way. By that I mean, if you truly want to, ultimately, marry a great guy and have children of your own, you must always keep that goal in mind as your travel along your “career” path. Don’t put all of yourself into your work, never define yourself only by your work, never deny yourself the possibility of a relationship developing to a higher level because you are consumed by your work. Don’t do casual hook-ups or drink or drug til you fall down because your future husband, and especially you children, deserve a better wife and mother than that. You have to strive for a balanced life that’s not focused just on your “career” and don’t let the feminists make you feel guilty for ultimately wanting a family. That desire is natural, and what they won’t tell you is that you will never find your bliss at work. When you find the right guy, who had better be able to support both you and the kids on his own, happily ditch your “career” and enjoy your family life. It is a blessing the lesbian-led, feminist leaders are incapable of understanding or appreciating. Don’t let them convince you otherwise because it will be totally at your expense, not theirs.       Just thought I’d put the alternative point of view. I have had a career in the media for more than 30 years, I’ve been married for 30 years.

      I supported my husband when I could earn more money than him. I really, really enjoyed my career, I still enjoy my current freelance work. We fit round whoever can make the money.

      There are feminist christians. I’m not one, but they are out there. My first boss in media was a catholic woman. She was a great role model.

      • Any woman is entitled to pursue a “career.” My point has always been that there is nothing wrong with that, as long as you do not have minor children at home, which I gather from your comment, that you don’t, or didn’t, while pursuing your career.
        And, no, women cannot be a Christian AND a feminist. They are diametrically opposed to each other, and like oil and water, they do not mix.       • It’s not a “career” in quotation marks. It’s a career. Simple as that. There are a lot of different options for childcare that don’t negate a woman following her chosen career. 1) the husband provides child care. 2) relatives provide child care. 3) child care is bought, whether nanny, au pair, or extended nursery hours.

        A couple, if we are talking about a two parent family, chooses what suits them best, both financially and emotionally. My partner has a colleague who was fitting in his work around childcare, but now that his partner has qualified as an accountant he has stopped working totally. Surely a father is able to provide care equally as well as a mother? I think it’s insulting to suggest otherwise.

        I’ll skip on the lecture thanks, although ironically, I agree with you. I can’t see how they mix either. But, as other women say they are feminist and Christian, I respect their view, it’s not up to me to impose my opinion on them. Beliefs are up to the individual. And as a non-Christian, I’m happy to accept people who are on face value. Each to their own.

      • Every view you have is colored my your adoption of the “me first” ideology of feminism. Children are always placed below the “needs” of the feminist. And this is exactly where feminism diverges dramatically from Christianity, which instead puts children at the center of its priorities. Radical feminism creates a selfish, egotistical female and the other a generous, caring soul.
        As far as my use of “career” goes, the vast majority of feminists do not truly have careers, such as doctor, lawyer, accountant or engineer. They simply go to work answering phones or clerking. That’s why I feel, as mothers of children, their “careers” are unworthy of the vitally important time they spend away from their minor children pursuing, what is more like a hobby, than a career.
        With regards to childcare, you are again regurgitating the depleted view of children taken by radical feminism in order to justify a woman’s “career.” The truth is that NO ONE can replace, substitute for or impersonate a small child’s mother, not even the child’s father. And no small child should be treated with such disdain or inconsideration, and most especially not by the child’s mother!

This not only wreaks havoc on their personal lives, but through their public positions of influence, they are wreaking havoc on most of our cherished institutions, including academia, government, military, organized religion, judiciary, politics and business.

    • Why do you think the right to equal opportunities, equal pay, and not to be sexually molested or abused, places stress on women? And, outwith the western world, to receive basic health care and education, and shock, horror, even the chance to earn money? You think all this places stress on women? Or do you think it’s better that women remain uneducated chattels?

      • What makes you think those things were ever denied to women when Christianity ruled women’s lives? Those outlandish views are purely non-Christian, radical feminist BS, deliberately promulgated by the twisted childhood’s of the non-Christian founders of second-wave feminism.
        Christianity has always been based on equal, but different, responsibilities for men and women. Unlike ALL other religions, Christianity has NEVER viewed women as second-class citizens as compared to men. NEVER! In fact Christian women are viewed by their fathers, husbands, brothers, nephews and grandsons as being worthy to die for! They are valued and loved as individuals for the tremendous and invaluable contributions they make to their families, especially their children, who are the future. There it is again. The principle difference between Christianity and feminism? even the men place their children’s needs above their own and they know that their wives and mothers hold the most valuable key to their little children’s survival and as such are REVERED for that reason.
        The premise of “inequality” for women is more non-Christian feminist BS based on its founder’s experience as children of non-Christian fathers, brothers, etc. who were domineering, overpowering, rude, selfish and inconsiderate to their families, but especially to their women.
        Plus, “inequality” is a false pretext based on what “job” you hold in the public arena. Come on. Where’s the FEMALE “inequality” there? Even among men, there is no “equality” among jobs. It is simply another feminist foible to pit women against men (men, who radical feminists hate for the reasons I just listed) and non-Christians against Christians (for the jealousy they feel for being denied the love Christians experience through their family interactions). Radical, second-wave feminism’s pretext of “equality” does not seek equality for women, it seeks inequality for men.         Radical feminism is a smoke screen for the advancement of irrational hatred by non-Christian females whose views are just this side of insanity. And they don’t care, that the people who suffer the most, women and children, are having their happiness sacrificed along the way because they are just that insane.
